God's Tabernacle 3

When you get to God’s presence, wretchedness, failure, disappointment, setback, barrenness and frustration wither off its leaves but when you enter in the taproot dies and God’s blessedness sprouts in its place.

 Joy – Those with sorrowful heart can spark off with the fire of enviable joy when they enter into God’s presence because in His presence, there is fullness of joy.

“Blessed are those who dwell in your house;
They are ever praising you.
As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
They make it a place of springs;
The autumn rains also cover it with pools”. Ps 84: 4, 6

“You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill
me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures
at your right hand”. Ps 16:11

  Strength – The weak that comes to God’s presence goes from strength to strength- increasing in victorious power.

“Blessed are those, whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before

God in Zion”. Ps 84:5, 7

 Divine Aura – The Lord bestows grace, favour, glory, honour, splendour and heavenly bliss. He grants divine protection and shield to those who dwell in His presence.

“For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor
and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose
walk is blameless”. Ps 84:11

Fruitfulness – In Ezekiel 47: 1-12, we are told of a river in the midst of the sanctuary. A thousand-cubit measurement being an ankle deep with others being: knees deep, loins deep and overflowing river respectively.

Before Ezekiel left the sanctuary, he saw no trees but when he returned the scene changed.

“Then he led me back to the bank of the river. When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river… Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live… Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing”. Ezek 47:6-12

You cannot get deep into a close fellowship with God and return the same. The unusual can happen to a man who gets into a deeper communion with God in His “sanctuary”! The mystery river is the Holy Spirit. Jesus said,

“But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life”. John 4:14

“On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified”. John 7:37-39

W
hen your obedience is thus fulfilled, the rivers of pleasure: not the cup or bowl of pleasure but the fountain of life and even the ever flowing streams that never dries becomes your portion and habitation. Remember, pleasure is something that gives satisfaction, enjoyment, comfort, joy and peace in life. It is all yours in Christ Jesus.

THE POSSIBILITIES (VARIABLES)

      This mystery is available to the righteous keen observer who loves to continue in the presence of God Almighty and commune with Him in fellowship.

      You may not have discovered this amiable experience in God’s presence if you have not embraced the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus no matter the curiosity in your mind.

     You may be righteous but if not curious you might not discover this loveliness in God’s presence.

     You may fellowship and commune with God only to your increasing disappointment if your curiosity is the progeny of His righteousness.

To enjoy this blessedness that is Christ Jesus, which is only found in His sanctuary, you must embrace the following:

      Worship - it is the act of making God know how worthy He is to receive you praise, the honour and glory.

      Adoration – it is a deep love and respect for God.

      Devotion – it is the act of committing yourself for some purpose towards God.

      Fellowship – it is the friendly relationship with God through sharing or doing something together.

     It means companionship with God.
     It implies, by inference, making God your fellow.
     It is a divine privilege extended to humanity in Christ Jesus.
